Indian philosophy

It is written in the book “Indian philosophy”: .

"For the anxious, jumping mind of a man who has an aim to discover the secrets of the earth and the sky, Yoga says, that the truth could be discovered only by taking away the conscious from the external activity and the internal processes. Dharana (concentration) – it is the fixing of the mind (chitta) over exact point…Usually deepest concentration is kept only for a short time.”

The most ancient and transcendental science
From ancient times yogis teach us that people who are not yogis use only a little part of their intellectual abilities.
The concentration of the Yoga system is a successful receipt for developing the internal self-control we need. Yoga and concentration connect us with this inner power, which could show us all the hidden treasure of life.

These gifts are from the above physical world. We are looking for this treasure and for love and depending on our inner power we fight to gain happiness. We want strength ness and safety and this, no matter how incredibly it sounds – it depends on us.

The treasure we are searching for is hidden also in the ancient wisdom of the Vedas. The Vedas are recognized as the most ancient texts on the Earth.

They teach us about the important aspects of yoga, meditation and the entire Universe.
The tradition says that the Veda is not a literature, it is a revelation given through the long lines from capable teachers to capable disciples. In the western world the Vedas are known as huge written scriptures, which form the base of the philosophy and spirituality of the Vedas. Actually, there are 108 Upanishads, which form the basic commentary of the Vedas.
